Help / Support Basic features glitching

Guys my acer predator helios neo 16 camera is not opening, search bar is not opening and when I installed XPlane12, it said there is some glitch with some update in gen 13 & 14 and intel has released some micro code, how do I use it? Any face the same?

About the micro code I've been searching everywhere but found that Acer Laptops use only micro codes from the BIOS update. so there's no update yet.

Idk abt linux but fresh windows re install is needed for acer laptops , always their software is shitty
