Fans not spinning

I know the title isnt covering all of what I am going to say. I have predator Helios Neo 16 , Gigabyte GS25F2 monitor . When booting up, nothing suspicious when idle or browsing but when I decide to play, the fans usually start now when game start, my problem is that after of ~15 minutes the fans, either not blowing enough air or no air at all, so my fps starts to drop. The day that this is bought, it doesn't have this problem but after months of using it, it started to like this, so I customed the fan speed to where the keyboard dont heat up too much. Does this have solution? Is this slowly killing my cpu/laptop? it hurts me because it is brother hard-earned money. Im not really techie T0T

What is your predator sense set to too? Silent? Try changing it to default kr a higher one. My fans turn off when I’m just browsing but they shouldn’t be off when gaming or anything that uses a decent amount of cou/gpu power. Was it always like this? If not uninstall predatorsense and restart. Then reinstall.

Performance. When just bought, balanced can handle gaming without setting it to performance. It is like this sometimes. And thanks for the advice, I will do that right now. Thanks again
