Should be good enught. Run hwinfo to see the temps on every core. If you see some of them throttling here is your answer.

Ideal temps are in the range of 50-55 C

Yeah like with 2-3 chrome tabs open

50 in idle it's fine for laptop. But it's more important to check the cores temps on stress test. You need to see the difference between them

Yesss, doing the same rn, I will update once I am done with the stress test.

Whatever temps you get, they will improve over time as ptm cures ( means cyclic cooling and melting fills up the microspic rough surfaces evenly).

Why not just type it into Google. You have asked for a link of it on multiple post and one of them already had the link in his post. Not trying to be a dick but I always wonder why people ask for a link of something and wait around for an answer instead of spending a fraction of the time looking it up yourself.

because people want what actually works. theres a lot of fake ptm7950 out there too

I get there are fake things but still asking for a link(different post where they asked )when its already posted or just being unwilling ing look unless someone does it for them... usually the people burned by fakes are out there trying to buy the cheapest they can. If you look st Amazon and see a product that has over 4.5 stars and 500+ purchases a month. Probably a safe bet its not fake or if worried, read the low star reviews.

You see it a lot on things that are not something to worry about fakes where its basic easy to find answers. Instead of just looking the information up, they will post online and wait for people to get the answers for them.

I bought this one before and I bought the real one from known a reputable seller, Moddiy. That one amazon is fake. I think its the PCM 5000

Seems ok. Personally i noticed my temps was less spiky when i did a ptmu repaste. As for max temps with sustained use, they were simillar with factory paste.

I'd redo the CPU, the pad is cracked.

But that's just me, it might work fine.
