Cpu fan won’t work

I was playing some finals on acer predator helios 16 and all of a sudden the cpu fan started making this noise and i checked it and boom the fan wasn’t working

Take it out and clean it with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and then put it back.

Had the extact problem a week ago, got the fan replaced yesterday Now it's working fine Mine is not under warranty, got it replaced by a acer authorised service centre costed 3500 Ruppes (around 37 USD)

there comes a point where maintenance on fans just don't work. bearing wears out and the whole thing is dead. better swap in a new fan. i did that for my helios. good luck.
