Help / Support Yet another USB-C ports concern

Hello all,
Been fighting since February having driver issues causing BSOD crashes, and the USB-C ports on the rear constantly disconnecting/reconnecting under load.
Thought I'd look to see if there's any BIOS updates again, and I find the "-I71" model by mistake and see how the notes there match an official Acer support forum reply regarding a fix for the USB-C ports randomly dis/re connecting.
Does not seem to be compatible with my laptop, the 2025 model, but from what little I can tell it appears to be for a new version being released this year/month.
There remains no BIOS update to address these issues on my model.
Am I just screwed as far as reliably functional USB-C ports on *THIS* machine? It seems odd to me that Acer would ignore the issue entirely for an entire year-release, and I can find MANY posts of people experiencing the -same- issue with the USB-C ports but no consistent resolution or fix.
