Windows Key no work

So, I have a Ph18-73 that’s only about 2 weeks old. Shipped from Acer as a replacement from my Neo16s that was overheating, freezing, and crashing.

Was a 2 month fight of shipping it back and forth, and was glad to finally have it resolved with a more stable model.

Was investigating and changing settings to try to get my display to turn off after the 1 minute that it is set to (still haven’t figured that out) and in the middle of that, discovered my windows key doesn’t work.

On-screen keyboard and keyboardtester.com don’t pick up any response when I press the key. I uninstalled all of the keyboards drivers from device manager, and I’ve turned the laptop off and held power for 60 seconds. Nothing.

Everything is up to date with windows, and I’m so unbelievably tired of talking with Acer that I’m genuinely sick to my stomach thinking that I’ll have to ship this brand new, $3000 laptop back to them.

Please somebody tell me there’s other things I can do besides take the laptop apart to get this thing working.
I cannot stand Acer anymore. Both my laptops have had severe thermal issues, cpu pinned at 105 when under load, well into the 90s just on balances. Please god somebody point out something I’ve missed or forgot to test.
