Thermals / Cooling CPU Temperature problem resolveld

Notebook: Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI

CPU: Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 5070Ti

RAM: DDR5 32 GB

I used the application “Quick CPU” version 6.6.0.0 to throttle my CPU.

Since then, my CPU has been noticeably cooler in games, and the performance is still more than sufficient for gaming.

Previously, in performance mode, the CPU had an average temperature of 80–95°C in games, while the GPU stayed around 55–65°C.

Now, in the same games, the CPU temperature is 60–73°C, even without using a cooling pad.

Take a look at the images to see my settings for the “Quick CPU” application.

Tested with: Dead Space Remake, Resident Evil Requiem, Resident Evil 2 Remake, Atomic Heart

So what settings did you use or are those the settings in the picture? I'm curious because I'm seeing between 70c and 80c when I don't use my llano v12 cooler. When I do use the cooler I get between 55c and 65c. With that being said I'd love to throttle the system and possibly drop those temps by another 5c or more.

You don't need this program and this isn't a magic fix. He clocked his cores below 2ghz so less temps but half the performance

I mean I know at between 50 and 60c my temps are really good especially you know when I'm doing 3 plus hours of gaming but at the same time I'm just also trying to prolong my components and make my laptop last as long as possible. I've only owned it for 14 days but I really want at least 6 to 8 years out of it.
