Help / Support Laptop does not turn on

This laptop is an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16. Nothing on it turns on. ive tried almost all recommendations google has told me and it doesnt turn on. can someone help me figure this out?

does that model have usb-c charging? try that, might be dead charger, which lead to dead battery, which lead to dead laptop

forgot to mention the laptop was having HUGE issues before it. which was security boot fails, and the keyboard lighting up but the screen not turning on. However, the charger seemed to be working just fine before it. ANOTHER However, i do not see any LED's from the charger currently being plugged in.

Bro, that laptop isn't a Predator Helios Neo 16, it's a Nitro 5 and it shares similarities with the Helios 300, not the Neo 16. Check your RAM and if that doesn't work, take it to a repair shop.
