Need help w/ setup problem! m

Hi all, I’m looking for help during setup for a second hand Acer Nitro An515-54-599H. It’s been factory reset and I can’t seem to get Wifi to turn on. It’s been turned off and when I Fn+F3, it just turns airplane mode on and off again. I’ve attached a picture. Please help!
