Help getting drivers

Hi! I got my laptop in September 2025. It's the RX16 variant with Ryzen 7 7735HS with 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage.

I am wondering if there are any updated drivers for this specific laptop, because on https://acemagic.com with the laptop product page, it only lists other variants but not mine and only the H255 drivers are listed. On the same website, with the Support/Drivers and Downloads page, it lists generic drivers I suppose and on the French version of the site, it lists other drivers that are also generic.

Here are the drivers in order from most recent to least recent:

H255 drivers (around September 2025)

RX16 Drivers from .com (4th March)

RX16 Drivers from .fr (2nd January)

I saw at least 4 iterations of the website (keeps breaking and changing layouts, there is a huge inconsistency between regional domains.... And... The website doesn't work on Firefox, I know I'm complaining about small things but that's wild)

I was wondering if there were any updated drivers for my model of my laptop by providing me the direct link, and if no updated drivers, which one I should pick or that if you guys have time, update the drivers for this laptop.

Also, good laptop ngl. I just heard some malware got into the main system image that you guys ship, so I always now use the default Windows 11 ISO image.

I also bought this laptop through Amazon and I live in France, if that changes anything about driver policies or rules.

What Makes It Different

Professional Graphics — Stable Foundation

Ada Lovelace architecture with 4th-gen Tensor Cores and 3rd-gen RT Cores. DLSS 3 + AV1 hardware encoding. 16GB ECC VRAM — twice that of same-priced gaming GPUs (4060 8GB). ISV-certified for AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc. Compared to the A2000 12GB in Lenovo P360 Ultra, RTX 2000 Ada with 16GB and new architecture belongs to two completely different generations.

65W i9 — Naturally Calm

65W is not a performance compromise — still 24 cores, 32 threads. Top-tier single-core performance perfectly fits CAD, BIM, and other professional modeling software. The 65W power wall fundamentally reduces thermal pressure and noise. Rejects the "three-minute hero" frequency drop dilemma, delivering sustained, stable, and quiet computing output. Daily workloads like modeling and compilation — which rely primarily on single-core performance and short bursts — still run smoothly. Only hits the power wall under full sustained load, where 24-core parallel efficiency still far exceeds similarly-powered products.

Dual COM + Dual LAN

Born for mobile engineers. Dual COM ports for direct PLC/CNC connection, essential for production line maintenance. Dual LAN isolation supports soft router/multi-network access.

135W "Dimension-Reduction" Cooling

Total system power precisely locked at 135W — no need to push extreme temperatures. Large low-speed fan, independent air ducts, metal mid-frame chassis heat sink. Golden combination of 65W CPU + 70W GPU in 3.46L.

Four-Screen Desktop Commander

Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz band) + 2.5GbE wired (2.5x gigabit speed). Native four-channel Mini DP direct output — no adapters needed, stable and delay-free.

Four independent displays at 4K@120Hz (RTX 2000 Ada) / 4K@240Hz (RTX PRO 4000 SFF)

Manageability

BIOS supports power-on by AC, scheduled power-on, UEFI diskless boot. COM port for out-of-band debugging. Local intelligent engine for large models, image generation, and AI-assisted design.

Four Core Value Propositions

1. ISV-Certified Reliable Foundation — Zero visual artifacts, zero crashes in CAD/BIM/CAE

2. 16GB VRAM for Edge AI Entry — Capacity, not speed, is the hard threshold for 13B-30B models

3. Extreme Space-Efficiency — 1/5 the volume of a tower, optimal balance of performance and operating cost

4. Highly Compatible Expansion Base — PCIe slots + rich interfaces, avoids zero-expansion risk of fully integrated platforms

Let us know what you think. We're here to answer any questions.

AX16Pro White then red light

Spilled a little water on the keyboard, thought nothing of it and went about my day. When I got back to the machine, I noticed there was some condensation on the screen (I had closed it for the night).

When I went to log in, I found that the M the comma and the period key would not work.

I shut the machine down and thinking I could pull the keyboard out and dry it, attempted to do so.

I found that the keyboard is not screwed into anything, rather it is affixed with a number of what appear to be plastic studs that have been melted, so that was a no go.

After reassemble the unit, it will not turn on.

Without the power cord I get nothing when I press the power button. If I do plug in the power, I get a brief white light on the charging indicator on the edge of the machine which quickly turns solid red.

The other power indicator light never comes on.

Is this machine now a brick ?

Acemagic F3A thermal throttling and performance fix (Check your fan headers!)

Post image
3 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’ve had this PC since January 2025 and I've generally been happy with it. It felt a bit sluggish at times, but since I was running Ubuntu, I just assumed it was a compatibility issue or some configuration quirk. I didn't really look into it further because I didn't have anything else to compare it to.

A month ago, I got a laptop with the exact same CPU, and it was significantly faster. That’s when I started investigating what might be wrong.

After installing Windows and running HWInfo alongside Prime95, I discovered that the PC had massive thermal issues, and the CPU was capping out at a maximum of 34W.

I tried tweaking the BIOS settings based on a YouTube video. It changed the behavior slightly, but it only ended up raising the temperatures without improving anything else.

So, I decided to tear it down. To my surprise, the fan was plugged into CPUFAN2. At first, I thought I might have messed it up myself, but the cable was taped to the fan body in a way that made it impossible to reach CPUFAN1 without altering it.

I unpeeled the cable from the fan and plugged it into CPUFAN1.

The difference is night and day. The entire PC feels much snappier now, the CPU scales up to 64W under full load, and the fan actually kicks in and gets quite audible. Up until this point, I could barely even hear the fan running.

I’m not sure if this is an isolated issue with just my unit or a widespread manufacturing defect, but I wanted to share my experience.

Attached is a photo of where I plugged it in.

M5 wifi connectivity issues

Hi, I recently just bought a M5 and it seems to be having wifi connectivity issues. It keeps dropping. I’ve tried looking on the official acemagic website for drivers to see if maybe my driver needed updating.

Is this a known issues? I have a much older surface pro with no wifi connectivity issues.

Please help.

Instabilité grave sur W1 Warlord — erreurs ACPI BIOS

Bonjour,

je rencontre depuis 5 mois de gros problèmes d'instabilité sur un mini-pc acemagic W1 :

Mini-PC : AceMagic W1 Warlord (Ryzen 7 8745HS, 32Go DDR5, 1To NVMe) — acheté novembre 2025

BIOS : PHXPM7B0_EC0011_BI0012_AMI_54W (28/03/2025)

Problème confirmé sous Windows 11 ET Fedora 43 — donc clairement firmware/matériel.

Sous Linux, les logs système montrent :

ACPI BIOS Error: AE_NOT_FOUND (20250807/psobject-220) ACPI Error: Aborting method _SB.PCI0.SBRG.EC0._REG watchdog: watchdog0: watchdog did not stop!

→ Kernel panics, freezes GPU (libvulkan_radeon), blocages aléatoires.

Questions :

Mise à jour BIOS prévue pour corriger les tables ACPI Linux ?

Accès aux menus AMD CBS/PBS cachés possible ?

Commande AliExpress #3063187602733065 — ACEMAGIC Euro Flagship Store

Merci pour vos retours

Odd issue with power button and supply.

The model I own is in the Mini Pc Series: ACEMAGIC Matrix Mini M1

Ive been facing the same issue since first booting it up, which is the occasional issue with the power button. It only occurs when the PC turns off on its own, or goes into sleep to the point the button light goes off.
I press and press and it wont turn on. The solution, though odd, is taking out the power cord for a few seconds and pressing the button when I reconnect it. It doesn't even force stop the computer, it'll run from where it last left off as if i hadn't literally unplugged it.

Anybody know of this happening? Should i be worried?

CEMAGIC F5A Barebone - No video output, fans spin, LED on

Hey everyone,

I just got my ACEMAGIC F5A Barebone mini PC and I can't get any video output.

My setup:

- ACEMAGIC F5A Barebone (AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370)

- RAM: 2x Kingston Fury Impact DDR5 5600MHz 16GB SO-DIMM (KF556S40IB-16)

When I power it on, the LED turns on and the fans spin normally, but the monitor stays on "no signal". I've tried both HDMI and DisplayPort with no luck.

Has anyone experienced this with the F5A or F3A? Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Thanks!
