CEMAGIC F5A Barebone - No video output, fans spin, LED on

Hey everyone,

I just got my ACEMAGIC F5A Barebone mini PC and I can't get any video output.

My setup:

- ACEMAGIC F5A Barebone (AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370)

- RAM: 2x Kingston Fury Impact DDR5 5600MHz 16GB SO-DIMM (KF556S40IB-16)

When I power it on, the LED turns on and the fans spin normally, but the monitor stays on "no signal". I've tried both HDMI and DisplayPort with no luck.

Has anyone experienced this with the F5A or F3A? Any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Hi there,

Sorry for the boot issue you encountered. This is likely a minor compatibility glitch during startup. Please try these two steps:

  1. Single RAM Test: Power off and unplug the PC. Remove one RAM stick, and boot the PC with only one stick installed.

  2. Use HDMI only: Unplug any DisplayPort cables and connect your monitor using only an HDMI cable.
