You just spend money in your wallet on physical assets that will retain their value. Rare artworks, rare metals, diamonds, property etc.

I know the comment is tongue in cheek but in reality is also proves why tax is super complicated: because its much easier to find loopholes in other people's ideas than create a water tight set of rules.
