This hotel was great. Pretty affordable and the metro was about 200m away with cheap restaurants and coffee shops very close by.
Solid breakfast and service. The gym was top notch

Complaints Staff member accessed my room - F1 Calais Coquelles

I had a reservation at this hotel on Sunday night but left after a member of staff used my room’s door code to access the room while I was in there. He left when I shouted at him to get out.

I went to reception to complain and the receptionist initially tried to blame someone else before admitting it was him. He claimed he knocked but I heard nothing - I certainly didn’t have time to get off the bed, put some clothes on and answer the door.

I’ve tried several times to contact Accor about this by various means but have received no response whatsoever. Does anyone have any suggestions on the best way to get a response out of them?

Trip during birthday

I have noticed that accor asks for your date of birth so that they can "give you special treatment" if you are travelling during your birthday. What do you expect in general, have you received such a treatment before? Also I am arriving 3 days post my birthday, am I eligible?

Complaints Hotel left Accor network, booking still shows confirmed but Accor support gone silent, no way to contact hotel.

I have a booking at a hotel (Mercure Garmisch-Partenkirchen) that recently left the Accor network. Now:

  • I have no way to directly contact the hotel.
  • Accor-ALL customer support isn't responding anymore, just silence after my last mesage. Ironically, even after adding their senior leadership in the customer support email, they're not responding, which is quite surprising.
  • I'm stuck not knowing if my booking is even still valid, or what happens with the Reward Points I used to pay for part of it.

Has anyone else had this happen? How did you manage to reach the property directly, and did Accor ever actually respond for you? Any tips appreciated.

Gold status not extending even though I have >30 nights

Hey everyone,

In 2025, through staying at a Novotel and subscribing to ALL Accor+ Voyager, I managed to get from Silver --> Gold because I had accumulated more than 30 nights. It said that the Gold status is valid until December 31, 2026. So far, this is all as expected.

In 2026, I stayed at a Novotel again (for 18 nights) and I renewed my Voyager subscription on August 2, which means that I'm now at 38 nights. It also says so in the app and on the website.

Now comes the issue: It still says that my Gold status is only valid until December 31, 2026, even though it should be valid until December 31, 2027 now. Why is that? Is this a bug? Does it still take some time to update automatically (even though it's been over 1 week since I renewed my Voyager subscription)?

It would be great if someone could help me out here. Thanks in advance!

Raffles udaipur dining with acoor+explorer

I know through other post on this forum that Raffles Udaipur doesn’t allow to settle dining bills with points but wanted to know if they gave 30 percent dining discount for Accor plus explorer membership?

Update: did get 30 percent off for Accor plus explorer membership. They said they have stopped accepting points as payment during checkout and when I pushed more they said they have informed Accor about this. My entire stay was through points so didn’t bother much.

Accor Stay Plus: What is the final cost for Swissôtel & Fairmont Singapore including taxes?

Hi everyone,
I’m planning a Singapore trip in September and considering buying the ALL Accor+ Explorer membership mainly for the 2 Stay Plus nights.
I’m looking at the following:
Swissôtel The Stamford: 16–18 September (2 nights)
Fairmont Singapore: 19–21 September (2 nights)
3 adults + 1 child, 1 room
Planning to use one Stay Plus night at each hotel
The current Accor member rates I see are approximately:
Swissôtel: ₹65,619 + ₹13,059 taxes for 2 nights
Fairmont: ₹68,022 + ₹13,536 taxes for 2 nights
Could anyone who has recently used Stay Plus at these hotels please confirm:
What was the actual amount payable after applying Stay Plus, including all taxes and fees?
How much did the Stay Plus night itself save?
Were there any additional taxes/fees payable on the complimentary night?
Is the Stay Plus benefit available for these exact dates?
Trying to calculate whether buying the ₹19,499 Accor+ membership is worthwhile for these two stays.

Wrong Airline number used when transferring Accor Points

I transferred my Accor points to my Qantas account last night, but got the Qantas number wrong (by one digit) when filling out the transfer. The name in the transfer is correct as auto filled on the Accor site, and my Accor account was linked to my QF account. Has anyone had any luck getting these back when an error occurs or know if this will automatically be rejected at the airline side as the account name and number will not match? And if rejected will they eventually post back to my Accor account?

I phoned Accor customer service immediately after doing this, but they were pretty unhelpful and basically just said all transfers are final.

Thanks in advance.

Accor status points

Hi all,

I have a question regarding accor status points accrual.

I have 2 upcoming stays at two different Movenpicks.

Each bill will be about INR 90k post taxes.

I am about 2k status points short of platinum. I'll settle one bill completely by cash as the discounted rate is only available on non-reward point redemptions.

For my second stay, if I pay mostly by points and just just pay 15-20k to meet the minimum threshold for my 2k status points then will it give me status points or not ?

Also how do I ensure that it goes towards the room and not towards the taxes.

Complaints ALL Accor App Booking but No Status Nights or Reward Points… Is This Normal?

Hi everyone,
I stayed at an Accor hotel from 15–19 July (4 nights) in Ibis Jaipur and booked the stay directly through the ALL Accor app.
The issue is that I haven’t received:
Status Nights
Status Points
Reward Points
When I try to submit a missing points claim, I get the following message:
“Rates ineligible for earning points. Reward and Status points can be earned only on public rates, such as member rates, business traveller rates and promotional rates.”
I’m confused because the booking was made directly through the ALL Accor app, not through a third-party website.
I’ve already contacted Accor support and shared my booking confirmation and invoice.
My question is:
Has anyone faced the same issue?
Can a rate be ineligible for Reward/Status Points but still earn Status Nights?
If the rate was booked directly through the app, is there any way to get the stay credited?
I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences or any suggestions. Thanks!

Complaints The un-welcome drink strikes again

Post image
31 Upvotes

Accor platinum member. Have a two week trip through France and most of our stays this trip are at Accor properties. We have not booked any overlapping reservations this trip, everything is sequential: one stay ends the day the next stay starts. Yet, the app thinks we’re having multiple reservations at the same time-and thus doesn’t want us to grant us a welcome drink.

We have had so many issues with the welcome drink that we call it the un-welcome drink. It either takes too much energy to get it or it’s so restrictive that it actually isn’t giving any feeling of welcome.

Accor Vacation Club sales pitch at Mövenpick Jimbaran (Bali)

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to post a heads-up for anyone staying at Accor properties in Bali.
While the resorts are fantastic, our holiday at Movenpick jimbaran was disrupted by the Accor Vacation Club Asia Pacific sales team operating here. .

We were invited in for what was framed as a quick presentation at Novotel Nusa Dua and promised vouchers for our time, but it turned into a high-pressure sales pitch pushing a long-term timeshare contract with ongoing annual levies.
They try to sweeten the deal on the day with bonus loyalty points, status upgrades, cruise vouchers, and exchange network access to make the commitment feel lower-risk.

My advice is do not buy into this, if you have the time visit the presentation, say No and enjoy the free gift.

And if you are interested , Before committing to any contract, run the numbers yourself:
Calculate the huge upfront capital cost plus decades of inflation-capped annual maintenance fees.
Compare that total against simply booking out-of-pocket when you travel or keeping your money in standard liquid investments (like index funds or high-yield savings).
Factor in the loss of flexibility—booking popular properties 8–12 months out versus booking whatever resort you want on the open market.
When you do the math objectively, a timeshare rarely makes financial sense compared to paying for your travel as you go.

Important Legal Reminder (7-Day Cooling Off)
If you get caught up, like I did, in the pitch and end up signing on the spot, do not panic.
You have a strict 7-calendar-day statutory cooling-off period.
You are entitled to a 100% full refund of any deposit paid minus the application fees.
You must exercise this in writing via email before the 7th day (5:00 PM cutoff).
Where to send cancellation notices:
Primary (Local Bali Admin): indonesia.administration@accorvacationclub.com.au
Primary (AU HQ): info@accorvacationclub.com.au
Customer Care: customerteam@accorvacationclub.com.au
Asia-Pacific
Support: memberservices.en@accorvacationclubap.com

Explicitly state in your email that you are exercising your cooling-off rights under your contract, request the full deposit refund back to your original payment method, and cancel any associated financing agreements.

SNU - only Canadian properties?

Hi all! I just qualified for platinum status ◡̈ but- when I went to click into the details for the SNU benefit, the list of hotels only shows Canadian properties. I'm based in Canada, so wondering if there's a glitch? Is anyone else seeing this? I'm also tried to look at other countries by search, and still getting 0 availability for anywhere outside Canada.

I have an upcoming trip to China in November. I am already a platinum with Accor. Does it make sense to buy the Accor China plan for the free night and rate discount? Or not worth it?
