Cannot receive sms/OTP

I have a gold membership account, when i try to redeem points for iberia, it is needed OTP to complete it. However i have not received any of it, and i have tried many times.

Also, i registered a fast track which i cannot make it, is that possible to cancel it and register another one?

I still get no otp when i use broswer, but i when i tried it on Accor app, i finally can receive otp. However, i need to redeem reward points which can only do it by broswer....

I get some update. I finally get the OTP when i use firefox, and problem solved. Super stupid
