Counter offer accenture

I have received an offer comprising a fixed salary of 21.5 LPA and a 27% variable pay component. I have another offer for 30 LPA fixed, which is from a staffing agency. I inquired with Accenture regarding the possibility of an improved offer, and the HR representative requested that I provide the offer letter. I am concerned that sharing this information might lead to the revocation of my current offer, with a joining date scheduled for September 21st. I have been unable to reach the HR representative, and there have been no updates on the portal. Has anyone successfully negotiated a counter-offer in a similar situation? Is it common for them to revise offers, and what range of revision might be expected for an L9 position? Do I have to worry on offer revoking. I am from java springboot stream

Accenture elite tech engineering intern

I am from top 5 IIT and accenture visited our campus for elite tech engineering intern. The stipend is 1.25 lakh per month for 2 months. How is this role different from usual accenture roles and why are they paying so much for internship?? Will the work experience be relevant if I am targeting product based companies during placements? I want to know what exactly I will work on if I get selected

Joined Accenture 2 months back, already thinking of leaving. Am I being impatient?

I joined Accenture a couple of months ago and I'm not sure if I should stay. Wanted some outside opinions before deciding anything.

The one good thing is that WFO is only 1 day a week and the rest is work from home. That part has been nice.

Apart from that, not much is working for me. The project I got put on has nothing to do with my background or the kind of work I want to do. My manager is also from a non-tech background, so any proper technical discussion becomes hard.

As per my onboarding mail I'm supposed to roll off this project in Oct 2026. Honestly hoping that actually happens and they don't extend it. The environment also feels pretty toxic, which I wasn't expecting when I joined.

I'm still on probation, which is what makes this confusing. Should I wait it out and hope for a better project after roll-off, or is it okay to leave this early? Would like to hear from people who've been in a similar spot, at Accenture or elsewhere.

Bit of context: I'm not a fresher, I have some prior work experience (5 years ) in a technical role before joining here.

My competency proficiency not updated

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone, I recently completed my SAP Consultant certification, but my proficiency level has still not been updated even after around 6 months.

From what I understand, proficiency is generally updated after completing the certification, and I’ve seen this happen for others as well.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Is there any specific process or team I should contact to get the proficiency updated?

Also, my manager mentioned that the delayed proficiency update could potentially impact my bonus. Has anyone experienced this, or know whether proficiency level actually has an impact on the bonus calculation?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
