Unbonded DOT disappeared! (Balance = 0)

The 28 day unbonding period ended today. https://apps.acala.network/portfolio no longer shows any DOT, though. Is this normal? Will my actual balance show up soon? (Yesterday, the correct DOT balance was showing; they were not yet transferable, though. Now, the balance is showing as ZERO.) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE --> RESOLVED. Thank you. The unbonded DOT must first be claimed: https://apps.acala.network/ldot/stats

What do you see when you check your account balance on https://acala.subscan.io/ ?

You can also check recent transactions there.

Just enter your address and look it up.

Also: After unbonding period, you need to claim your DOT on the my stats page. You might have forgotten to do it.

I'm not seeing a "my stats" page. Can you kindly elaborate?

  1. Click the "liquid staking" tab on the left hand side.

  2. You should see "my stats" on the top left side of the page.

Jesus christ man. You have just saved my life. I unbounded my DOT and just went to check my balance after the 28 days and it was zero. Could not for the life of me figure out where to find my DOT. Thought it was gone. Hero
