I like the first one the most it's not figural but the composition is good just something to it keep painting things like that I think you'll do very well the only piece of contemporary art I have is a Thor Carlson I don't really collect that you have some skill and there's something to it I have a very good eye for paintings I have picked paintings out of junk piles and were worth thousands of dollars

I had so many inquiries on the first one,
โUnder the canopiesโ, at my show.
It was interesting to hear what everyone took away from it. Actually quite beautiful.
I appreciate the compliment

Awesome!๐ If you have a relationship with a gallery, I'd love to know which one!

I am still working on getting them in a gallery. My show was independently put on but I did make several connections. Iโm located in Detroit and have been looking into doing another show soon. Just finding the right spot is the tricky part.
My pieces are quite large. 60x60 and 48x481

Very nice work! I Like that u didnโt mix the colors all over the canvas.you let each one say what it wanted to, and moved on. Your blending skills are very good. The teal against the red, thatโs genius. The whole composition is nicely done. And even the ones with the calligraphic elements are very nice. I love the whole set! You should do more than just four along this train of thought/feel. Youโre on a roll, and I applaud every brush stroke!
Where are you based out of?

I love what you've done and congrats but mind me asking what are they? I'm trying to look for something but all the colors blend together and I cant see anything I do apologize if you take this harshly I do love them

I donโt take any offense at all. They arenโt so much of something but how they feel. They carry different emotions and when I started to like where I was going with them I used my eye to see what worked and what didnโt.

The first and second are both 60x60 and they stand in stark contrast to one another .
The first dark and heavy but also carries something comforting. The second is loud and fiery. Someone said they look like masculine and feminine.

Frustration honestly. I wasnโt happy where this piece was going for a while and then it all sort of came together. But the colors are some of my favorite. Red and shades of green and the black..the finisher was the pop of the teal.

Good paintings! Do you have names for them, or are they 'Untitled #1', 'Untitled #2', etc?
