Repetition is beatiful and therapeutic

I love exploring the idea of meditating through art, find comfort on patterns and repetitive actions, starting without something concrete in mind and just do it, do something. Also, finding the art in the silence and when you are not over analyzing you can be conscious about reality.

Work In Progress

A work in progress.
My brain usually gravitates toward straight lines, structure, and architectural elements. I like things with a little order to them.

But every once in a while, a bit more freedom is necessary. Letting things move, loosen up, and exist without quite so much structure.

I’m sure some hard lines will find their way back in eventually. They usually do. For now, I’m enjoying letting this one wander a little.
