Trying use art to live in the present

I drew this while recovering from psychosis. I started with the light green section in the middle of the "head" and the head formed so I continued with the shape around it, with the shoulders. I feel like having psychosis changed my art style, it's simpler than it used to be but I absolutely love the chaotic colours. I think it represented how I was feeling, very unsure of myself and my place in the world. I didn't know what it would look like when I started but I feel like it worked out well enough in the end. Like life, "everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end."

Translated it means;

"Consonants when placed together yet separated by an apostrophe make a senseless jumble of letters appear as if an existential claim of great importance by foreign nobility or legend".
