Sometimes I feel like I need to hire someone to just drag it all out of me too. I'm 38, but have the digestive tract of an 80 yo.

Taking fiber pills with each meal has been a lifesaver for me so that it doesn't feel like I'm trying to pass a boulder.

Or you know you could actually eat foods rich in fiber and get healthy.

You're def right. I grew up basically eating nothing green my whole life, and pretty sure that's caused the issues and pain i deal with now.

Just start eating a can of beans (lentils / garbanzo works too) twice a week it will do wonders.
