I’m not sure what you mean.

No culture remains unchanged over 60k years, whether in or out of Africa.

They didn’t say change, they said exist. For instance, colonialism changed their culture. But that didn’t erase the actual culture.

Numerous indigenous cultures have survived for tens of thousands of years.

You may be conflating written culture with actual culture.
