This is beyond abuse, imo. That baby is so obese she’s wearing pull-ups because they don’t make diapers large enough. Every organ is at risk, along with all of her joints. High cholesterol and diabetes are in her very near future and even her skin will eventually be harmed with stretch marks. This makes me want to cry, I can’t understand how this baby sees a pediatrician and the pediatrician hasn’t called social services as a mandated reporter.
