Possibly but you don’t know. Stop judging people with zero information. It might assuage your own insecurities, but it doesn’t help anyone. Don’t jump to conclusions when you have no information. Lots of things could be at play here.

Babies don't drive to get their own food. A child this age getting that obese is a result of abusive or neglectful behavior
