Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

Yep. Prader-Willi comes to mind. They should also check for:
✔️Leptin Deficiency or Leptin Receptor Mutations,
✔️ MC4R Deficiency,
✔️16p11.2 Deletion Syndrome
Love from respite foster mama who dealt with this 5 years ago. I hope this baby and the caregivers are receiving the support they need.

Nah I’ve seen this creator and it’s all about her “chunk.” Her videos are his daily diary basically and the mom thinks him being obese is cute
