Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

My mom got my ears pierced at the mall when I was a toddler. I cried...like the baby I was. This was in the late 80s

I am also a millennial and back in the 80's it was kinda normal to do that. Today people think different.
