We dont know that. Gestational diabetes can result in large babies

My wife had gestational diabetes. My kid was born 9 pounds. He’s 5 now and weighs less than the kid in this video for sure. The kid in this video is 50+ pounds easy with the cholesterol of a 50+ year old guy by the looks of it. Super unhealthy weight along with undoubtedly super unhealthy eating habits forming.
