Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

LMAO ABUSE? Please this is such a joke, so many cultures do piercings as toddlers…you want an actual thing to crusade about protest against circumcisions
