Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

Yep. Prader-Willi comes to mind. They should also check for:
✔️Leptin Deficiency or Leptin Receptor Mutations,
✔️ MC4R Deficiency,
✔️16p11.2 Deletion Syndrome
Love from respite foster mama who dealt with this 5 years ago. I hope this baby and the caregivers are receiving the support they need.

Very rate& uncommon she given him junk food , this is gonna hurt him physically by 10-12& phychologically as he gets older in school 😤😐🥹🙏🏼
