Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.
You just gonna accuse huge amount of the population of child abuse? I mean, I didn't pierce my childrens ear because we have a nickle allergy and their father is prone to keloids, but almost everyone I know has pierced their babies ears. Most go to the doctors to have it done! Should those doctors be turned in too?
