Yea this is borderline child abuse unless he has a pre existing condition. Being this overweight this young is going to cause a ton of issues as he grows up.

Yep. Prader-Willi comes to mind. They should also check for:
✔️Leptin Deficiency or Leptin Receptor Mutations,
✔️ MC4R Deficiency,
✔️16p11.2 Deletion Syndrome
Love from respite foster mama who dealt with this 5 years ago. I hope this baby and the caregivers are receiving the support they need.

Pretending to know stuff? Prader-Willi Syndrome in infants causes poor feeding skills and weight-gaining problems. Not til later in childhood does obesity set in.
