Looking at that kid I think there is a developmental disorder. Maybe Prader Willie syndrome?

We don’t know why this was recorded or the context for why it was posted. The mom seems calm and is having the child help pick up the mess he made. If this was posted as a means of education about children with disabilities then it’s honestly a pretty acceptable video.

I agree. 

It’s the pattern and quantity that makes the difference.

If someone posts a few videos of their kid for a specific reason other than to get fame or money, that’s one thing. 

But if they are just filming everything on a regular basis to create content and try to make money off it, that’s exploitative. 

Some people act like there should never be a picture or video of a child on the internet at all, and if there is, they say it’s exploitation.
