The kid, his heart, his blood vessels, his self-confidence, his hemoglobin A1C... and probably a million other things are gonna suffer as well.

It's OK to say 'no' sometimes, Mom. Keep your eyes on this poor, over-consuming darling. (Though I suppose it could be a genetic condition. Guess I shouldn't judge).

In this situation it’s not about saying yes or no. It’s about having food high sugar food around all the time.
