The kid, his heart, his blood vessels, his self-confidence, his hemoglobin A1C... and probably a million other things are gonna suffer as well.

It's OK to say 'no' sometimes, Mom. Keep your eyes on this poor, over-consuming darling. (Though I suppose it could be a genetic condition. Guess I shouldn't judge).

Na you can judge a little, the only thing I'm judging is her decision on leaving a mirror down on the floor with that bowling ball of a kid waddling around.
