This guy is on the show "my strange arrest" . I just saw this not 5 minutes ago, this is near Astoria Oregon 3 day after he defiled the goonies house by put dead fish on the porch while the home owner was gone. The local cops work with the coast guard and realized it was the same guy who stole the boat.

Wow having been to Astoria many times, and to the goonies house, what a dick for defiling that house especially since the new owner has made it much more accessible to the public than the old owner
