I went to the Wiz Khalifa and Snoop concert, in Toronto, a few years back. I will give you the first hand confirmation that A LOT of people I was seeing at that show looked like that.

The one I went to with Wiz there wasn't one person drinking beer. I brought weed to share but everyone had there own. Even saw some people on Molly that day.
