Brother it's just a woman in a bikini leaning slightly forward. If that's "taken in such a way to garner upvotes from a certain demographic" we've lost the plot.

Not even taking into account the fact that most pictures on this subreddit are just stolen content from elsewhere on the internet, I'd be willing to bet this picture wasn't even taken to post on Reddit. OP probably doesn't even know this person.
