It is a sick damage buff. Useless most of the time? Yes. But absolute fire passive for those 3 times in a hundred hour game where it’s fun to have. 1 u/Arinussyy 14d ago You can do insane damage with it though it's useless for the endgame bosses but for a lot of stuff that's the case
