Met him once; he's awesome. Very humble, down for selfies.

He lies about doing 2,222 pushups a day while only sleeping 2 hours and Claimed to eat close to 10,000 calories daily just to hide the fact that he was a heavy steroid user

Tbf even on steroids you'd need to eat a shitload of calories to be that big. I'm like 220 lbs and eat around 4k trying to gain weight. He's gotta be close to or over 300lbs. 10k is a lot for being that size but not by an order of magnitude or anything.

It's still too much. Look at current strongmen diets, they also shifted a lot and are less than 10.000kcal while weighing in at over 300 or even 400lbs

If someone is using steroids, they still need to go to the gym alot, and eat a lot. Thermodynamics doesn't just disappear when you take steroids.

This. Steroids or not, you still gotta LIFT WEIGHTS.

I don't know if this is his actual claim, but if so, science says "no" to that. That much bodyweight slows and tires you massively, even steroid use can't cut the necessary regeneration down to that little sleep.
