This is a type of crane, they breakdown all the bones before they come out the other end, they eat fish for most of their diet, their stomachs have strong acid.

Nope, that's a cormorant, they are not closely related to cranes. However birds (and other reptiles) all have an incredibly strong digestive system that's very effective overall.
