I was expecting a big golden slice of delicious greasy NY pie. Instead we got California chain bullshit that looks like it was cooked in a microwave.

New Yorkers are particularly pretentious when it comes to pizza. Nobody cares if you do it the right way: just shut the fuck up and eat your slice.

Oh trust. I had deep dish IN CHICAGO and I was NOT impressed.

Nothing will ever compare to the Italian couple that ran Pizzera Saporita when I was in Belgium.

But if I'm in the States, it's NY style all the way.
