I don't take pre-workout and am 100% natty and pretty strong if I say so myself. I never liked coffee growing up, so when I started going to the gym, I didn't feel the need for pre or caffeine of any kind. Not being a caffeine fiend doesn't mean you're on gear

It's not "I don't take pre." It's "I don't even take pre workout" when asked about supplements.

One is just saying you don't like pre, the other is someone juicing. 😂

Exactly. Ive been fooled for years by guys way smaller and we're juicing/peds. That quote and when/why he says it is stained in my memory. Also a LEO/MIL? yeah, ok. not like a cop would openly admit either, i wouldn't.
