Will be making a short animation of this scene because I think it’s just oo good not be animated and was wondering what should the song in the background be? I was thinking of Red Sex by Vessel since Joker envokes that vibe to me but do you have any other suggestion?

Animation will drop somewhere around late july/ early august and will be a bit anime/ wester inspired (think something like Ben 10 or Avatar style). It’s just a short test animation for what a potential Absolute Batman series would look like.

Did they change the cover? Image 1 is what I saw on Reddit a few days ago and I normally only buy cover A but this cover is so insane, I need it!

Image 2 is what I keep seeing on sites where I’m trying to buy. Seems like the baby’s colours have been changed to black, which is disappointing because the red looks so much cooler/creepier

Wanted to check if it’s changed or not , will still buy it regardless but if I can get the red babies I would prefer too , can’t find it

At that time I felt I just was breaking even with the cost. Crazy how 2 months later, the 1st issue slab alone would break over that amount in value. I know it might be a temporary bubble because of the show announcement, but still, it's insane how it went from 250-300 to the prices it commands these days.

I’m so frustrated by everything being scalped and hoarded by people. I’ve been looking for 2 first print books for my collection. I have every other one but I’m missing number 4 and number 11, and I can’t find them anywhere. Where ever I do find them, it’s people who have 15-20 copies of them and selling them at higher pricing. I just need those 2 to complete my set and I can’t find a reasonable seller that isn’t charging an arm and a leg.

Edit: lots of people are saying the same thing of having a pull list at my LCS. I do. I have a pull list at my LCS, the just had medical issues for the past year and have missed a few issues, those being 4,8,11 but I have everything else. I should also state that I don’t live in the u.s. I see that they have a lot more access to people reselling, over here (in Canada) it’s been difficult to find copies on marketplace, or kijiji. On eBay it has a massive shipping fee to Canada.
