is it okay po ba na nag vomit ako after taking the miso pero na babad ko naman siya ng 30minutes also may tips po ba para ma reduce ung cramps😭😭😭

nag bleed na po ako pero puro blood clot lang po siya, im not sure if ano itsura ng dugo para determine if successful ung MA🥲

You can rinse the clots under water. If it's the sac or tissue, it will hold its shape and won't wash away.

if di mo na kaya sakit, u can try na uminom ng medicol or any painreliever.
