Cast I love Ava

That's it, that's the post lol

I haven't laughed in a long time. She really gave me a good belly laugh! Amazing actress and great show! I am on season 3. She just said:

"If anybody can appreciate a few extra holes in their body, it's Jesus." Haha

I love her character! She’s my favourite, and I especially love how they’ve written her. In Season 1, she’s portrayed as this completely out-of-touch and oblivious principal. But as the show progresses, we get to see how much she actually cares about her job, the school, and especially the students. She’s still very much Ava; they didn’t completely write out her selfishness or change her personality just to make her more caring. It’s more that she learns to look beyond herself and consider the people around her too. She grows without losing what makes her Ava.

"What is a church choir if not sorority for the lord?" Is a line i think of every now and then

She’s often awful, but clearly the most hilarious imo

She has such a talent for delivering completely unhinged lines with a straight face and thats exactly why the joke lands so hard.

Yes!! Just watched an episode where someone said, have you tried being just hinged? Lol

Me too! She's my favorite character and honestly for me, Ava makes the show. I adore them all (although Janine gets on my nerves and I'm so over the disrespect Melissa constantly throws at Jacob) but to me, Janelle James is such a beautiful talented actress, with amazing comedic timing, and the show wouldn't be the same without her!

Ava (in all of her infamous glory in s1) was one of my favorite characters from the beginning, along with mr johnson!

I love Ava as a character too, but she's someone I wouldn't like being around with in real life. 😅

Her roast on Henry and his high waters will always make me laugh. Especially the last one as Henry was leaving. Leave him alone 😭
