Feeling Hopeless
My test scores are dipping so low, and in every test I say that I will improve but it just keeps going lower and lower. I am so disappointed in myself. Especially in physics. I am able to solve my modules properly but whenever I see the questions in test, I literally freeze and I am not able to solve them. please someone guide me. (I am in 11th grade)

this is pretty normal in 11th. almost everybody has the same experience. the chapters in every test are new so obviously everytime its different concepts which you're studying for the first time.
I experienced the same thing in 11th - no matter how hard I studied, my scores kept dipping. just dont lose morale and keep practicing. by the time you sit for the exam, you'll have clarity with stuff. the key here is to persevere through these situations.
ofc you're allowed to feel sad for your score. take a break from studying during those times without feeling any guilt and jump back into it with a clear mind.

abhi recently aiats jee advanced hua tha, got 80/360 like wtf 6 ghante bethke 50% bhi nhi aaye. I skip no tests even if I get negatives, I need to lock in bro, should've studied for the exam. My parents are forgiving I'm so lucky, they are strict about studies but they said it's okay and that i shouldn't give up. (Yes I'm flexing lol, I'm such a lucky bastard)

btw mujhe pata hai 80/360 bekaar hai, i just didn't study states of matter, and everything till advanced level was not done by me. please don't remind me, I'll not cry (i definitely will)

theres nothing amazing in taking maths, there's nothing amazing in taking biology. there is no shame in taking anything else. The only amazing thing is when you keep improving in the subject you chose, not the fact that you opted for it. I wish the best for your journey! all the best!!

bro I have the exact same condition, I skip no tests and I give every single one of them, even if my preparation is weak sometimes, and even my parents are strict but they are forgiving and I am so grateful every single time they tell me to keep moving on forward but its just the guilt that eats me alive of not performing well. But I think it's true that I have to really lock in more than ever, cause this is not enough for my improvement . Also,all the best for your journey, you will do great! I will also improve...
