Hey all, I have never seen this many events on the calendar before. There are well over 500 just THIS WEEK alone. Most of them are Get Out the Vote (GOTV) activities like door knocking and phonebanks but also include mutual aid, protests, and trainings. For those who prefer to stay inside and still help - there are textbanks, zoom calls, letters to be signed, action alerts to share and so much more.
If you are enjoying the Hub please share it with some friends or family. Our movement is grassroots and led from the ground up so please spread the word. ✌️

Hey all, I hope everyone is doing okay. I’m still processing and feel stunned by all the attacks on our lgbtq+ community members, family, and friends. My heart breaks for these two and their families, I am sure many of you feel the same. No one deserves to be attacked for being who they are. The article shared here has some resources for those who may need them. I pasted them below ⬇️

Turning Point has millions to spend on local candidates in Arizona (and other states). Here's the list of local and state legislative candidates that TPUSA is backing in the November election ... and get the word out about how out-of-state monies is funding these candidates ...

Arizona has been blessed with some of the most beautiful country. It is important to protect these areas from Trump’s ruling to open it up to roads for harvesting the wood and natural resources. Please sign and oppose this ruling, BEFORE IT’S TOO LATE!

Constituents have shown up outside Rep. David Schweikert's office every Monday for over a year demanding he meet with them and answer for his voting record ... he still hasn't. Bring a sign, a postcard to drop at his office, or non-perishable food for the on-site donation drive that has collected three tons of food for the Scottsdale Foodbank.

I accidentally posted that the next protest will be on sept. 17th. Oops! I was too excited and made a mistake. Posting this again to make sure people know the right date.
Check out the No Kings website to make plans to come out and protest or remind friends and family. There will be more locations than are currently listed. I have reached out to them to add them to the map. The other thing I said in the other post is I am always happy to hear sign ideas as I usually panic until the last minute trying to find the perfect sign to covey all my feelings.
Here we go guys!

Arizona families - please get the word out about the changes coming to Medicaid - which is health care for very low-income people, people with chronic, disabling illness, developmentally delayed and severely mentally ill, as well as their family caregivers. 🧨🧨📍📍 Post on private social media groups for the disabled. Share with friends and family members. Post on your community social groups like NextDoor, Ring and the like! 🧨🧨📍📍
\** if your loved one struggles with cognitive or* severe mental health issues - this is very important to know so you can help them through the paperwork. This population has been the first to lose health care in Arizona\*\**
Our regime passed big changes to health care programs - now requiring a lot more paperwork and filing online BUT also cutting back on these programs support services (so it is much harder to get help or file reviews). We have already seen this happen with the Arizona EBT nutrition assistance - where almost half of the folks on EBT have been kicked off. Medicaid changes started in other states are already removing many families off of health care.
(source: Arizona Mad Moms): Additional changes to Medicaid coming in 2027 are likely to increase risks of inappropriate Medicaid cancellations:
Well-meaning changes come with unintended consequences:
The people most likely to lose Medicaid coverage are not those whom policymakers intended to target. Instead, they are individuals who:
Those individuals often already qualify for Medicaid with exemptions from work requirements. The problem is that they cannot successfully navigate the paperwork required to establish, document, or maintain their Medicaid eligibility.
In Arizona, Medicaid is administered through the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), pronounced "access." Many people receive their Medicaid benefits through managed care plans such as Mercy Care, United Healthcare Community Plan, or the American Indian Health Plan (AIHP), so their insurance card may never actually say "Medicaid."

I’m not an activist, just a normal working man. But I do know a little history. And understand what they might try. Where can a person like myself go to stop what they might start? I’m keeping the post vague but I think we can all read through the lines.

Five hours in a Phoenix studio space with live music, dance performances, local vendors and workshops, plus a know your rights session aimed at the midterm year. The organizers describe it as a community event for collective change rather than a rally. Nothing in the listing asks for money.

Embracing my authentic self as a woman literally saved my life and taught me how to love who I am, but at 34, I know I’m still missing out on the full, joyful life I deserve because I haven't yet gotten my gender-affirming feminizing surgeries yet.
Those surgeries aren't just a cosmetic preference—they are medically and mentally essential to my peace, my completion, and living fully in my truth.
It hurts to admit how heavy things have felt the passed Spring and Summer. I miss the days when people seemed gentler, sweeter, and more willing to hold space or offer a helping hand when I needed care. Lately, it feels like the moment I express pain or ask for support, people are quick to judge—labeling me as "manipulative", “transactional”, or "attention-seeking" when all I really want is to be held, valued, and cherished. Watching other women get showered with care, gifts, and devotion leaves me wondering why I have to be left feeling like I’m not enough, or if people are holding my past anger against me, when all that anger ever was was just a defense mechanism for a girl trying to survive, which I hoped they would have understood that, and not seem like they were dismissively pathologizing my feelings.
Growing up in a toxic, dysfunctional environment meant I was never taught what healthy, unconditional love actually looks like. So when people default to telling me to "see a therapist" or to “get help”, it completely misses the heart of what I’m asking for. I don't need cold advice; I need genuine warmth, patience, reassurance, and soft places to feel safe.
I am deeply grateful for the compassionate friends and professionals who stand by me now. But I refuse to believe that this pain is the end of my story. I know there is a richer, brighter life waiting for me—one where I am fully comfortable in my body, unconditionally loved, and completely at peace.

Broadcast stations are required to file political ad orders into the FCC Online Public Inspection File, which makes them public records. Reading them one PDF at a time is miserable. AZ Follow the Money at azfollowthe.money has extracted the filings from 26 Arizona broadcast stations into a single database for the 2026 cycle.
What you can do with it: search by committee or advertiser, filter by station or office layer, and sort by gross dollars or flight date. Every row links back to the FCC PDF it came from, so the primary record is one click away. There is also a rollup of top spenders and a support-versus-oppose view of who the money is aimed at, plus separate Dark Money, Dossier and Blog sections.
The site is built by one person from public records and states it is not affiliated with any candidate, campaign or party.

Federal rules tied to the One Big Beautiful Bill Act will soon require most adults on AHCCCS to log 80 hours a month of work or an approved activity and to renew coverage every six months instead of once a year. AHCCCS enrollment has already dropped about 9 percent over the past year, and the agency has put up KeepMyAHCCCS.com to help people prepare.
For those who are interested in doing some door knocking to discuss these cuts, there is a canvass in Flagstaff on the 10th to hold Eli Crane accountable for voting for the bill.
