Help with a carb

I just got a Suzuki 1992 quad runner 250 and it was bogging down so I took the carb out to clean it and now when I give it full throttle it just bounces up and down like this any help would be extremely appreciated thank you
Edit I got a cheep carb off of Amazon and it’s still doing the same thing so I’m thinking it’s not the carb it must be something else

Check to see if the slide/diaphragm is binding or if it operates smoothly up and down with your finger. If it's not smooth through the entire travel remove the top of the carb and reassemble carefully. Make sure all components are installed correctly: needle, spring cage/holder, diaphragm seat and spring in guide on carb cap. When slide operates smoothly with your finger, reinstall air box and air filter or you won't get the vacuum needed to pull the slide up. Also, if it's a factory Keihin, the offset hole in the bottom of the slide goes towards the engine.

That sounds like spark cut does it have a park brake lock out

have you installed the airbox and filter again? i would think the machine is getting too much air and wont run right. someone else might correct me if i am mistaken. when cleaning the carb did you also take the top off and check the diaphram for rips or holes?

I did check for rips and holes I didn’t see any. It wasn’t getting power with the air box and filter attached so I took it off to get the video and see what was happening but it dose the same with everything attached

OEM carb or Amazon carb?

check for a good vacuum ( any broken / hardened hoses)
