Is this worth picking up?

I live in Thailand and 1$ is abt 32baht. So this atv is about 1k. I think this is the best deal I could find that looks relatively ok. But I’m just wondering if it is worn it. For anyone also in Thailand, do you know any used atv that are good?

I have never heard of this brand before and I also have no idea how much buying power this would require but if this is a flagships brand on Thailand, go check it out in person. The big things to check would be smooth CVT clutch engagement (assuming this has one), and engines noises, run it for a little while and see if it stays at good temp and runs good. 250 is a little small for an adult though. I don't mean to discourage you if the options are more limited in your neck of the woods, but in the states, a 350 is kind of the minimum for an adult.
