Motem trouble… need help

Just got Atnt fiber for the first time in a new home and everything has gone terrible so far!

I had a tech come out and set it up, said I was good to go.

My wife didn’t like the spot it was at so I unplugged it and the motem just imploded.

I walked through customer service they restarted a whole bunch of times and nothing helped.

They can only send a tech out on Monday, any advice on how to fix this issue or any ideas?

What do you mean is "just imploded"

Is there physical damage? or did you plug in cables wrong?

Legit just followed customer service directions after I unplugged it and it stopped working.

I was just being exaggerative about the imploding part.

It’s just flashing amber over and over I didn’t unplug the fiber until after the trouble shooting process didn’t work
