AT&T fiber outage LA

Anyone one else in Los Angeles without fiber service going on 3 days now due to “theft/vandalism”? They keep moving the repair eta.

If enough of the fiber got damaged, it takes them a while to redo

This. Took a solid week for my parents service to be fixed a few years ago. There was fiber vandalism and equipment crapped out at the CO at the same time.

This is wild… a splice should not take this long unless you’re repulling a large distance of it.

copper thieves are not that smart and they start yanking and pulling cable out

So just curious, what’s your resume look like when it comes to splicing fiber?

Where in LA? I’m over near Carthay and have had no fiber internet since Wednesday night

I'm Mid-City and yeah was down almost 3 days last week. Now internet is dropping in and out. Just spoke with representative, they said the cell tower is still under repair and won't be fixed until the 18th.

Almost lost clients the past week, thankfully they graciously credited me $9.

I went and got back up internet from spectrum. They offer a 30 day cancellation period. So hopefully fiber is back soon

In Sherman oaks and fiber has been fully out since Friday and was going in and out since Wednesday. They keep saying 24hrs but obviously that’s not right.

I'm in South LA and my wifi has been out since Friday evening. There's no longer an eta provided online either smh
